COMMENTS
The management and the principals of Water Solutionz International Inc. consist
of the individuals listed below. Several
of these persons have benefited from many years of valuable experience working
with the recently acquired technologies. With
the receipt of financing and the generation of sales revenues, additional
personnel will be retained to ensure the Company has the required facilities,
capabilities and controls established to successfully produce, market and sell CT01™
and to design and develop other water-related products for the international
marketplace.
PERSONNEL
JEFFERY
T. GRADE
CHAIRMAN,
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER,
PRESIDENT. Following
receipt of an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from
DePaul
University
, Mr. Grade pursued a career that involved a variety of senior executive
positions with multi-billion dollar corporations.
These positions and firms included an extensive period as Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of a four-billion dollar, Fortune 500 Company.
He has represented IC Industries, a multi-billion dollar conglomerate
based in
Chicago
,
Illinois
, as Chief Financial Officer, and most recently, he has served as a principal of
Resource Financial Corporation, a Chicago-based investment and merchant banking
firm. In addition to his many
accomplishments, Mr. Grade is a Trustee of Kent Law School and
DePaul
University
. His professional experience and
associations, combined with a succinct understanding of the financial community
and of the development difficulties commonly associated with new technologies
and their market introduction, will serve the Company well and provide focus and
leadership for all personnel.
JAMES R. NOBLE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.
Following graduation from the
University
of
British Columbia
, Mr. Noble spent more than a decade with the international accounting, taxation
and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Equipped with Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant
designations, he has held senior administrative and financial positions with
both Canadian and
United States
corporations and has been involved with the financial services, real estate,
securities, mining and manufacturing industries.
Since the mid-1980’s, Mr. Noble has been instrumental in the
organization of “start-up” companies involved with various technologies,
including the application of wood veneers to angled metal substrates and water
purification products with residential, commercial and aircraft application.
He is experienced with the sourcing and generation of capital funding and
holds both Canadian and
United States
security licenses. His financial background, business understanding, tenacity,
perseverance and integrity were instrumental to each company’s growth and
disposition. His experience in
dealing with people, new concepts and situations will both influence and advance
the Company’s progress and prosperity.
HARVEY
L. MYSEL
EXECUTIVE
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING. Mr. Mysel is a successful executive whose sales and marketing career spans a
variety of industries which include real estate, new technologies, sports,
grocery/nutrition and travel. His real estate experience included managing 2
sales offices of one of
Chicago
’s premier companies. He is adept at working in both traditional business
environments and start-up ventures. He has proven his leadership abilities with
particular expertise in sales, marketing and business development. He possess
strong management and analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
DON
B. FRASER
EXECUTIVE
VICE
PRESIDENT, MARKETING. Mr.
Fraser’s twenty-eight year career in sales and marketing has evolved from the
successful promotion of specialized products and services.
He established and operated the first three digital telecommunications
companies in
Canada
, providing service to a buying public with beepers, fax machines and cell
phones. These companies were highly
successful, developing consolidated annual sales of CDN $30,000,000.
He designed and implemented an office coffee service, with individual
corporate labeling, that resulted in major increases in annual sales.
Good Host Coffee was eventually acquired by Nestles Foods Inc.
Mr. Fraser’s sales acumen, his ability to resolve difficult issues and
his international experience in manufacturing and product distribution will
influence and affect the growth of CT-01™ sales and the successful
introduction of the other water purification technologies.
B.
DON GRAY
PRINCIPAL
SCIENTIST AND PRODUCTION MANAGER.
Mr. Gray’s unique scientific knowledge of the science of water
purification and his vast industry experience result from more than thirty years
of research with an extensive variety of water treatment technologies.
Mr. Gray is the inventor and developer of CT-01™.
While working with Teledyne Corporation, Rockwell International,
Boeing and the NASA Space Station program, his innovative water treatment
and purification discoveries have been used in manned space flights, military
applications, emergency preparedness planning and in industrial, commercial and
residential water purification systems. During
the past twelve years, he has been issued six
United States
patents. In recent years, his
interest in environmental issues has evolved, and he will continue to research,
invent, develop and otherwise assist the Company to market environmentally
responsible, water-related products.
