of water treatment and purification technologies.
It is management’s intention to fully develop these technologies, and
either by direct corporate involvement, strategic alliance or licensing
arrangement, to introduce and sell an evolutionary variety of water-related
products. The technologies are
timely, and management has determined they have significant international
implications for both the world’s population and for a number of industries in
need of purified water, in sustainable quantities, at an affordable price.
The
senior management of Water Solutionz International Inc. is highly experienced
and consists of Mr. Jeffery T. Grade, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and
President, James R. Nobel, Chief Financial Officer, Harvey L. Mysel, Executive
Vice President Marketing, Don B. Fraser Executive Vice President Marketing
and Dermid J. Eagen Vice President Sales & Marketing.
